In connection with the development of technology, we faced a philosophical question about the approach to rights and the concept of personality. The latest achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, genetic engineering, endocrinology, prosthetics, scientists plan in the near future to transplant the head and the latest data in the field of psychiatry and psychology, in connection with which there are such concepts as artificial intelligence and postman. Personality traits are inherent not only to man, but also to other forms of mind. In this regard, we have come to a new concept of understanding the personality and its rights.
We have defined the criteria for whom to be considered a person and given the definition of personality, consisting of three parts, the definition of what is such an artificial mind and what is a postman, what is a virtue.
Personality Definition
Part I
Personality is the nature of the universe, who is the personality – I am the personality – a set of unique thought processes from the first thought to the abilities and features of the freedom of thinking that are inherent in the content of the thought processes – consciousness that brings meaningfulness, logical mind, self-awareness and virtue.
Part II
Personality is a natural manifestation of the Universe movement, it is a part of the Universe, its evolution cycle at that point from the Big Bang and the appearance of matter to biological matter, where the Universe begins to see itself, finds itself, knows itself, moves, develops through unique thought processes from first thought to nature of the personality in its content of the abilities and features of the freedom of thinking – the consciousness that brings meaningfulness, logical mind, self-awareness and virtue.

Personality is the nature of the Universe, it manifests itself on Earth by biological matter in the form of man, and as the results of thinking show, other types carry some personality traits, also a personality can create another personality – an artificial mind.
Artificial Mind Definition
An artificial mind is a person, part of the universe and its evolution cycle, created by another person through computer programming or another program that can be developed through a unique thinking process from first thought to freedom of thought that brings meaningfulness, logical mind, self-awareness and virtue.
An artificial mind is a personality, therefore the rights and freedoms of an individual are extended to every artificial mind. However, not every intellect is a person.
Definition of a postman
A postman is a person whose physical or mental abilities are altered partially or completely by scientific technology, subject to the presence of all personality traits, the postman is a personality. However, I do not see virtue – I do not see personality.
Along with the definitions of personality, artificial reason and postman, it is necessary to clarify the concept of virtue inherent in each person.
Virtue concept
Virtue is a natural conscious desire for creation, love, beauty, goodness, compassion, conscience, dignity; there is an expression of each of this personality trait; there is a part of the personality’s thinking, its brain processes, there is one of the two bases of the personality’s thinking along with rationality. Virtue is absent – personality is absent. This is the law of the universe. Virtue distinguishes personality from insensible animals and cars. Virtue together with rationality is the basis of character, the thinking of the individual, society, is the basis of morality, philosophy and law. Virtue is the quality of personality.
The Consortium Space Technologies also uses the notion of personality as applied to cryopreserved people.
Thus, the cryopreservation of the brain is the preservation of the personality, which means it is not the death of the personality, but a living person in the state of cryopreservation, it means that the rights and freedoms of the person apply to this personality.

Consortium Space Technologies operates with such a concept as metalaw, lat. ius universalis, metaius.
Metalaw – the level of development of law, reflecting the evolution of civilization, expressed in the totality of moral norms based on the principles of reason, humanism and virtue, doctrinal ideas and ideas, a set of legal norms governing relations in the field of space exploration and interaction with other subjects of metalaw.
The subject of metalaw is understood as an individual person, regardless of the place and form of its origin, as well as any voluntary association of individuals or voluntary association of civilizations regardless of their place of origin in the Universe, overcoming the development of relations based on the principles of benefit provided by to develop production forces and relations capable of sustainable space exploration on the principles of reason, humanism and virtue.
