On March 13, 2024, the Consortium Space Technologies took part in the working meeting of the II Congress of the Eurasian Technology Platform in the section “Space and geographic information technologies – products of global competitiveness” within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
As part of the ETP congress, the Consortium Space Technologies made a proposal to create and jointly implement the Eurasian Lunar Program, uniting the efforts of all countries of the Eurasian Economic Commission in the exploration of the Moon and the development of its resource base, a task of strategic importance.
Let us remind you that similar lunar programs exist in the USA and the EU; the joint project is called “Artemis”. The Consortium Space Technologies proposed its name for the Eurasian lunar program – Bars Lun. The Consortium emphasized that we are talking specifically about manned missions and the creation of a permanent base on the Moon with a human presence.
